Another OC related to the fic Dark Thresholds. She is an equleus.

The stone creature's expression turned, somewhat mechanically, to one of confusion. She answered, still not opening the notch that served as her mouth as she did so. "An equleus is basically a mass of earth enchanted with an advanced Animor-cum-Anima spell" (Twilight recognized the term as being an older and more technical name for what was more commonly referred to as a 'come-to-life' spell) "The energy for the enchantment is drawn and stored by a crystal inside the equleus, and the aura is sealed with a geometric shape on its body." Stella maneuvered herself so that a luminescent marking on her flank became visible, demonstrating the concept.
